ElectroMech has earned experience and expertise in this field through solutions like Single Failure Proof (SFP) cranes. Customised variants of SFP cranes are suitable at various operational points. In the main reactor building, SFP crane is installed at the top of the reactor building dome. In-built redundant systems ensure uninterrupted operation and completion of work cycle in the event of failure of a system. The crane is designed to ensure structural integrity during earthquake and to allow safe shut down. These cranes are engineered and manufactured using special grade of steel, highest quality components and are rigorously tested in our factory before despatch and installation.
